The Installation
Stripping out the original windows in the kitchen extension was challenging. The old frames were difficult to remove and required careful work to avoid damaging internal finishes and existing cabinetry. Our experienced installation team methodically removed the old units, prepared the openings and installed the new Ecovue double glazed windows and roof window. As with every Ecovue project, we focused on precise fitting, airtight sealing and neat internal and external finishing so the upgrade looked as though it had always been part of the home.
The Result
The transformation was immediate. The new roof windows flood the kitchen with natural daylight, creating a brighter, more inviting cooking and dining space. The double glazed windows dramatically improve insulation and help reduce external noise, which is ideal for busy Sydney streets. The homeowner has already noticed the kitchen feels more comfortable throughout the day, with less glare and more stable indoor temperatures.
Most importantly, the customer is absolutely delighted with the outcome and the extra effort our team invested to get the details right. This project is a great example of how double glazed windows and a carefully positioned roof window can modernise a kitchen, increase comfort and add value to a property without a full-scale renovation.
